1.Question: Will this work with a grex mac valve if i attach the mac valve to the airbrush and then this to the mac valve?

Answer: I know the one I got was much much smaller than what I expected I don’t know why they sent one like that I expected it to be much larger at least twice the size I hope this answer helps you

2.Question: Will it fit my iwata neo

Answer: If the neo uses a 1/8" hose, then this will work also. I have an iwata eclipse which uses a 1/8" and this fits perfectly. Hope this helps

3.Question: Will this fit a Patriot 105?

Answer: I’m not sure, mine broke really quick on me and made the airbrush uncomfortable today hold. I bought the hose with the inline filter. Works great
