1.Question:Can u wipe it off

Answer:

It does not come off easily. We had to use baby oil or goo gone to remove completely.

2.Question: Do these have a round shaft and if yes what size diameter are they?

Answer: The shaft is flat, not sure the aprox. diameter but they are small enough to fit into any container worth putting anything into.

3.Question: Can these be used to stir nail polish ?

Answer: I do not see why not. Just clean them with nail polish remover if it dries on the stirrer.
