Fine Adjustment:

The desired pattern and fine atomization can be easily obtained by regulating the Pattern Adjusting Knob and Fluid Adjusting Knob.

Pattern Adjustment: Turn the Pattern Adjusting Knob to the right until tight will make spray pattern round, or turn left make spray pattern ellipse.

Fluid Adjustment: Turn the Fluid Adjusting Knob clockwise will decrease the volume of fluid output and counter-clockwise will increase fluid output.

1.Question: What are the dimensions of this item?

Answer: Sorry I can't give you a detailed answer, since I am far from where the items are. But what I can tell you is that they are not wider than a popsicle wooden stick, and one and a half to two times the lenght of it. The "spoon" part is kind of small, but good for when you are mixing small quantities of paints and the mixing ratio is given in drops in the instructions. The flat area is good enough to stir the paint.

2.Question: Is this container safe to use with lacquer based paints and thinner? ldpe?

Answer: I would think that it t would work ok. The jar is frosted glass with a hard vented plastic top. I work with Lacquer paints.

3.Question: Are replacement filters available for this?

Answer: Cut cosmetic make up pads for filters. Much cheaper and they work better.
